I wonder if this is considered a “Natural Disaster”

A vacant home presently in foreclosure fell victim to a runaway boulder. The boulder reportedly 10 feet or so wide broke loose and plowed through the homes first floor before falling through the dining room ceiling and coming to rest in the garage. I wonder for insurance purposes this is considered a natural disaster? Here is the article: Runaway Boulder
