- We may require and obtain from you a credit card number along with written authorization to charge you for an appraisal if required for your mortgage application. Any such charge will be spelled out and in written form in the “credit card authorization” form.

Our employees are trained in securing our clients personal information that is of a sensitive nature.
We have taken precautions to comply with Public Act No. 08-167, to protect the confidentiality of Social Security numbers, prohibit unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers and maintain limited access to Social Security numbers.
